Utility Locating and Mapping

Target locating was contracted by the home owner’s association (HOA) for an Asheville Racquet Club property in Arden, NC, to  locate utilities for a planned community gas service installation.  The gas company would not install service until private utilities were located for the development.  The 8-acre property contained 37 condominium units.  Since residents in the community had a history of issues with line strikes and service interruptions, the HOA elected to contract Target Locating to produce a scaled GIS map depicting buildings and associated utilities.
